Competitors ages 10 and up are given an hour and a half to prepare and cook a provided steak. Steaks are judged on taste, ease of preparation and appearance of entry. Flat Iron Steaks are provided. All other ingredients and supplies are the responsibility of the competitor. Participants MUST provide their own grill for the competition.
1st Place ... $350 + a Ribbon
2nd Place .. $250 + a Ribbon
3rd Place ... $150 + a Ribbon
